  • We do not serve advertisements within the Service.

Data Sources

OverGlass aggregates publicly available, open-source data from government APIs and public feeds including the National Weather Service, USGS, EPA, FEMA, ADS-B Exchange, and others. We do not collect, store, or redistribute classified or private intelligence data.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL)

  • Secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase)

  • Payment processing handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)

  • Access controls and authentication on all accounts

No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain your account and location data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
