These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OverGlass platform, including the overglass.ai website and app.overglass.ai application (the "Service"), operated by OverGlass ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


  1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

  1. Description of Service

OverGlass is a situational awareness platform that aggregates publicly available, open-source intelligence (OSINT) data feeds into a real-time dashboard. The Service provides informational data including weather alerts, crime reports, emergency scanner feeds, air quality data, infrastructure status, and other publicly available information.

  1. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@overglass.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

  1. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: The Service is offered at $9 USD per month ("Guardian Access").

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service for redistribution

  • Use the Service to stalk, harass, or monitor any individual without their consent

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

  • Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service

  • Use the Service to make automated decisions that affect individuals' rights or safety without human oversight

  • Misrepresent the Service's outputs as official government intelligence or law enforcement communications

  1. Data Accuracy and Limitations

The Service is for informational purposes only.

  • OverGlass aggregates data from third-party public sources. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.

  • Data feeds may experience delays, outages, or inaccuracies beyond our control.

  • Threat assessments (THREATCON scores) are automated estimates, not professional security assessments.

  • The Service is not a substitute for official emergency alerts, law enforcement guidance, or professional security advice.

  • Do not rely solely on OverGlass for life-safety decisions. Always follow official emergency instructions from local authorities.

  1. Scanner Feed Disclaimer

The Service may include live or near-live emergency scanner audio feeds. This content is sourced from publicly accessible radio frequencies. Scanner feeds are provided for informational awareness only. Acting on scanner information without proper context may be dangerous or illegal. We are not responsible for actions taken based on scanner feed content.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service belong to OverGlass. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

  1. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service downtime.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • OverGlass is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OverGlass, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us at contact@overglass.ai.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
